Legal matters must be handled in the right way. We will advise you what needs to be done then how to go about getting it done.

We will explain the legal terms to you, sufficient to allow you to progress. We have the local contacts for to handle these issues, or you may already have someone in mind.

On departure of a loved one, the death certificate needs to be obtained, and maybe a coroner will be involved.

Then there is probate. This relates to the Will if there is one, if not how the estate is handled. Pensions and benefits of the loved one, and those left behind need to be sorted out.
